Once your request is approved, the product must reach us within 15 days for further processing. Refunds and exchanges are completed only after we inspect the returned item and verify the claim.

*Shipping Methods:*
We deliver domestic orders within India through Delhivery and international orders via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex. As a made-to-order brand, we start production only after an order is confirmed, with shipping typically taking around 2/3 weeks of business days. A few pieces are ready to ship — this will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages. When ready-to-ship products are ordered alone or with other ready-to-ship items, they will be dispatched within 5 working days. However, if they are ordered along with made-to-order pieces, the entire order will be shipped together as per the standard shipping timeline. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped. Please note, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered business days.

*Shipping Charges:*
We offer free shipping across India. For international orders, shipping is free on orders above INR 25,000; otherwise, a flat fee of INR 3,000 will be applied. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges.

*Tracking and Address Changes:*
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you need to update the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

For returns or exchanges, the shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse will need to be covered by the customer.
